This Shipping Policy explains how Empire Club processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on emplreclubusa.com.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer; we will do our best to notify customers of any significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times, once an order has shipped, are generally 5-7 business days for domestic orders within the United States. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship using major carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the most reliable option available for your delivery address.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Empire Club is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@empireclubcs.com so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first, as packages are occasionally marked delivered slightly before arrival. If the issue is not resolved, contact support@empireclubcs.com within 14 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and determine next steps, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is offered at checkout for your location, please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
8. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally ship separately and arrive in different packages. You will be notified if this is the case for your order.
